We have an early hardware/software bet in biotech focusing on helping scientists with their reproducibility. We have the first few customers. We are looking for a CEO and cofounder to work with us.

You will figure out if this can be an amazing business and help get it there. If this business isn’t great, you’ll pivot and find the next thing. You want to start a company and will start one no matter what.
Who you are
- You are in the top 10% of operators you’ve ever worked with.
- You have the ability to speak to scientists and molecular biologists.
- You have an extreme bias for action.
- You think life is too short to work with B-players.
- You communicate clearly and succinctly.
- You don’t need supervision to thrive.
- You thrive in ambiguity.
- You are based in the Los Angeles area.
Compensation
Competitive salary during incubation. CEO‑level equity when business is formed.
